Why should a user pick your site over all the other options out there? You can potentially snag visitors from websites with better rankings if you handle your description tag correctly.
To that end, consider a legitimate call to action of sorts. If you offer a service, let them know in the description tag that they can get the first 30 days for free. If you’re selling your services as a personal coach, let them know you give a money back guarantee. The list goes on.
